Instructions for Authors

Authors must send extended abstracts (two‐page maximum) in the following topics:

• Compound semiconductor-based devices and their circuits including wide bandgap semiconductors
• Two-dimensional layered (2D) and Graphene devices and their materials
• Device modelling
• Device process and characterization
• Applications of devices and structures
• Reliability and packaging
• Novel device and circuit concepts

Workshop Proceedings will be available at the conference.
